Wine Reception (Saturday 4th March 6pm – 8pm)
The wine and beer reception will take place at Winchester’s YMCA located in the Grade One listed, St John’s House. The venue is located on The Broadway, a few minutes walk away from the conference venue. We will be leading attendees at the close of the final afternoon session on the Saturday.

The reception is sponsored by Opti-cal Survey Equipment to whom we would like to extend our warmest thanks. Opti-cal will be providing a demonstration of their equipment during the Saturday lunch break
Tea, Coffee and Biscuits
Hot and cold drinks, as well as biscuits will be available during each of the breaks
Lunches
Lunches are provided for both days of the conference and are sponsored in part by Faro.
Faro will also be providing a demonstration of some of their newer software options on the Sunday Lunch break.
A cut-off for registration will be in place to enable the catering staff to organise these lunches. All dietary requirements can be provided for, and must be noted in the registration process. Registration after this cut-off point will still be available, but lunches will not be guaranteed.
Evening Meal
Unfortunately due to the size of the restaurants and bars in Winchester, we are unable to organise an evening meal on the Saturday of the conference. There are however many restaurants and bars in Winchester should you wish to organise something individually. We will be making use of many of the local bars, with locally sourced ales, after the wine reception should you wish to extend your evening.
